Whistleblowing and Raising Concerns

Policy Statement

AxiCom Sdn. Bhd. is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all of its business activities. This includes a steadfast dedication to preventing bribery and corruption. As part of this commitment, we adhere to key anti-bribery standards and frameworks recognized at the international level.

Objective

  1. Encourage employees and stakeholders to report any concerns they may have about wrongdoing, misconduct or unethical behavior within the organization.
  2. Ensure that whistleblower is protected from retaliation for making such reports.
  3. Provide clear guidelines for reporting, investigating and resolving whistleblower concerns.

Applicability

This policy applies to all AxiCom Sdn. Bhd. and subsidiaries employees, vendor, contractors, consultants and any other part with business relationship with AxiCom Sdn. Bhd.

Reporting and Whistleblowing

We encourage all employees and stakeholders to promptly report any suspected or actual breaches of our anti-bribery standards. Reports can be made through submission via e-mail to abms@axicom.my or via AxiCom Compliance Function number 012-2328377 and we will investigate the matter.
